Broken rice is widely used for different unique types of dishes but most of these are related to industrial products. Most of such products were made popular in the South Asian regions and through there broken rice gained popularity. This led to an increase in broken rice wholesale suppliers and that is probably why I have noticed an increment in cooking water that has a foggy texture. If you want to experiment with different dishes then it would be better to stick to traditional dishes. Not all the dishes are traditional but some certainly are. Can you suggest me some good broken rice recipe?
